We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. All shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on order size, complexity, and current demand.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days.

For larger or more complex orders, or during busy periods, dispatch may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Shipping Methods

We offer the following delivery options via Royal Mail:

  • Tracked 48
  • Tracked 24

Shipping options are selected at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is charged at a flat rate, which is:

  • Displayed during the instant quote and checkout process, or
  • Included in manual quotes where applicable

Delivery Locations

We primarily ship within the United Kingdom but also offer international shipping.

International delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • The shipping carrier
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Events outside our control

However, we will assist in resolving delivery issues where possible.

Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived, it will be considered lost if:

  • 10 working days have passed since the expected delivery date based on the selected shipping service

In such cases, we will arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
  • Failed deliveries due to address errors

We are unable to guarantee reshipment or refunds in these cases.
