When you upload a file, the dimensions shown are the exact size your item will be printed at. We print files exactly as submitted - we do not scale, resize, or modify your file in any way.
We accept no responsibility for prints that are the wrong size due to how the file was created, exported, or saved. It is your responsibility to verify your file's dimensions before placing an order.
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
